In 2019, the grapes took their time to ripen without being affected by excessive heat. The winter temperature was normal and dry. It was cold in early spring, but the temperature rose from March to mid-April. In May, the temperature dropped and there was rainfall, which slowed down the growth of the grapes, and green management was required. The harvest season was later than usual, with white grapes harvested in the fourth week of August, Merlot and Syrah from the first to third weeks of September, and Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc harvested from the fourth week of September.
