Harvest date is August 28, 2020. Yield is 40hL/ha. The cuvée name Les Genevrières is the old name of Rebiard, and it has now been merged with Reniard on the map, but in exceptional cases, owners who have owned vineyards for a long time still use the old name of Les Genevrières. Apparently it can be done! Maceration in wooden barrels for 21 days, using natural yeast for fermentation. Aged for 12 months in Georgian Qvevri 14hL and 3 months in stainless steel tanks.
The bright fruits of raspberry and strawberry are layered with the noble scent of roses and the oriental scent of incense. The wine is glossy and sensual, with a fresh and juicy fruit flavor, rich minerals, and delicate tannins that melt gently in your mouth!
