Auxay-Duress is an appellation located in the southwestern part of Montéry, on the border of the valley that runs from the Côte de Beaune to the Hautes Côtes, and also borders Meursault. The soil has a base layer of marl and limestone that produces elegant, aromatic, and long-aging wines. Red wine made by the best white makers. An elegant and modern Pinot Noir that exudes Roulot's personality.
