The "United S First Edition" was released in December 2022. At the same time, it was announced that the "K" and "W" series would be released as limited editions once a year as single-wash still malt whiskies, with "S" being released as a standard item going forward.
The release of this 500ml bottle marks the beginning of United S becoming a standard drink.
The raw materials used are primarily unpeated malt from Scotland, peated malt, and beer malt, as well as Japanese barley. The casks used for aging are a variety of casks, primarily first-fill bourbon barrels.
The alcohol content remains the same at 50.5%. It's a satisfying drink that can be enjoyed in any style you like, from straight or on the rocks to highballs and cocktail bases.
As a standard item, the main label will remain the same, but the release date will be indicated on the back label. Initially, it will say "Summer 2023." This name will be updated with each release.
