Georges Noellat has long produced high-quality red wines, primarily in Vosne-Romanée, and has supplied wines to Domaine Leroy and Emmanuel Rouget. This is a négociant cuvée by owner Maxime Surlant, who personally produces it. En Champs is a plot of land north of Gevrey-Chambertin, located next to the Premier Cru Champeaux. This wine features powerful, masculine fruit and rich minerality.
