The playful name combines two words: AIUTO!, which means "help!" in Italian, and "A YUTO!", the son of Ota, the president of importer Vinaiota.
It was supposed to be limited to 2005, but Ezio himself seemed to like the name and blend of the resulting wine, and it has since been released under the same name.
It is now one of the most popular white wines produced through fermentation.
It has a naturally rich flavor that harmonizes beautifully with the bitterness and astringency derived from the fruit skin.
