Harvest date: August 28, 2020. Yield: 40hL/ha. The cuvée name Les Genevrières is the former name of Rebiard, which is now integrated into Reniard on maps. However, some exceptional owners who have owned the vineyard for a long time can still clearly state the old name Les Genevrières! Maceration took place in wooden barrels for 21 days, and wild yeast was used for fermentation. Aging took place for 12 months in 14hL Georgian qvevri and 3 months in stainless steel tanks.
The bright fruit of raspberries and strawberries is layered with the noble scent of roses and the oriental scent of incense. The wine is glossy, sensual, and has a fresh, juicy fruit flavor, rich minerality, and delicate tannins that blend together to gently melt in your mouth!
