[Tasting notes]
Nose: Green apple, buttered toast. Powerful, green grass and nuts with soft spices.
Taste: Sweet and soft at first, with green apple, muscat and acidity. Lemon, mint leaves and green tea emerge. Adding water brings out soft white chocolate and honey.
Finish: A clean finish with white chocolate, lavender and fresh green apple peel.
