No destemming, no crushing, and 15 days of carbonic maceration in tanks in a grap-ante.
No punch down, no remontage.
After alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is pressed and then barreled.
Aged for 9 months in demi-muid barrels.

Comeyre is the oldest and best soil in Tavel.
It means "to eat" or "food" in Occitan.
Apparently this area was named this way because its soil produces abundant life and food.
A spicy and smooth wine.
A wine with a strong red berry aroma.
Perfect with lamb or spicy dishes.
