No destemming, no crushing, and 15 days of carbonic maceration in tank at Grape-Anthiere.
No punch down, no remontage.
After alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is pressed and then barreled.
Aged for 9 months in demi-muid barrels.

A cuvee that began production in 2013.
Lirac is the appellation next to Tavel.
It is a little further north and the soil is very similar to Tavel.
Spicy aroma and smooth mouthfeel.
It can withstand 20 years of aging...
