(The following is from the importer materials)
The name of this village, Gevrey-Chambertin, is derived from the estates owned by the domaine, including En Champs, Combes du Dessieurs, Combes du Bass, Les Marches, Villages, En Parieux, Juise, Croix des Champs, and Les Ezes. This cuvée uses grapes from 10 plots in Pointeur and Vigne Belles.

From the 2017 vintage, in order to more clearly express the value of 10 plots (= DIX CLIMATS), we have written DIX CLIMATS on the label of the village name Gevrey-Chambertin. The wine is aged in medium to medium-plus toasted Allier and Nivernet barrels. These barrels allow the complexity of the wine to be expressed without interfering with the natural aromas and flavors of the fruit. This is a great value for money bottle with its multi-layered fruit flavor, charming aroma, and beautiful acidity.
