The elegant fragrance is reminiscent of the richness and freshness of apple nectar and is very pleasant.
The attack is rich in juicy fruit and a subtle minerality that can be felt as umami.
In addition to the plump volume of honey and butter, the complexity of long-term aging and the fresh aftertaste bring the whole thing together nicely.
The high, wide, and gorgeous feel is unique to Melfi's sandy terroir.
The cuvée is named after Sainte-Anne, the patron saint of Melfi.
