Delamotte Champagne, a fantastic sake, is produced using grapes from years when Salon is not produced. Its elegant style proudly shows off the presence of the Maison, which is the younger sister of salons.

The Maison's standard cuvée, with a precise balance of strength, freshness and softness.
Even non-vintage Chardonnay from the Cote des Blancs accounts for 50% of the wine, which can be said to be unique to the Menil Maison.

Brioche nuances add complexity to the refreshing aroma of citrus. Released after 36 months of aging, it has a mature roundness with a fruity fruit flavor and a clear taste with beautiful acidity.

An excellent champagne that is delicate and full of elegance, with a pleasant tension. A truly versatile bottle that you can enjoy every day as an aperitif.

Delamotte

A maison with a history of over 250 years

Founded in 1760 by François Delamotte, councilor of the city of Reims, it is a prestigious maison with a history of over 250 years.

The founder's eldest son, Nicolas Louis, was a Chevalier of the Knights of Malta, and when he ascended the throne as King Charles X in 1824, he attended as President of the Commercial Court and received the Legion of Honour.

Today, its headquarters have been moved from Reims to Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, and it is embarking on a new path as a sister maison to Salon.

The younger sister maison of the phantom champagne “Salon”
Salon only produces single-varietal, single-cru, single-harvest year Champagne, with only 30 vintages released over the past 100 years. This is why it is called a phantom champagne, but grapes from years that are not released are used for Delamotte.
Therefore, it is natural that there are some similarities with the Salon, and the Blanc de Blanc Mille Regime, which is an assemblage of Chardonnay from Cramant, Avize, Oger, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, has the feeling of Petit Salon. You can enjoy the elegance and complexity of the flavor that will leave you wanting more.
