(The following is from the importer materials)
This 2.14 hectare field produces 9,300 vines a year. This wine reminds me of Pommard as well as Volney. With its delicate and elegant aroma, complexity and finesse, it is a typical wine from the Côte de Beaune.

Pousse d`Or

A top producer in Volney, owning many special and first grade fields.

Pousse d'Or, which has a vast field of over 18 ha in the Burgundy region, is a privileged domaine whose fields are mostly Grand Cru or Premier Cru. It covers a wide range of areas, including Moret-Saint-Denis, Chambord-Musigny, Corton, Pommard, Volnay, Puligny-Montrachet, and Saintenay, as well as independently owned areas such as Clos des Soisinthe-Ouvre and Clos de la Bouss d'Or. I also own some fields.

No herbicides or chemical fertilizers are used in the fields, and the juice inside the brewery is moved by gravity without the use of pumps. Fermentation takes place in tanks on the first floor, and 30% new barrels are used for aging.

Active in acquiring plots, in addition to Corton's two Grand Crus, Santenay's white has joined the domaine, which had previously only had red, and Puligny-Montrachet's Premier Cru le Caillere has been produced since the 2004 vintage. I'm seeing you. Furthermore, from 2009, we purchased the famous domaine Daniel Moine Hudlot in Chambolle-Musigny, which had no successor, and acquired Bonne Mare and Les Amerousse, making our lineup outstanding. .
