In contrast to the PN collection, which focuses on terroir, the Bé Treise collection focuses on the harvest year. This one-off edition was created exclusively for the 2013 VT.
The story behind its creation dates back to 2003, when record-breaking heat caused the sugar content of grapes to increase.
While most houses have decided not to release a vintage wine made from grapes with low acidity, which requires long aging, Bollinger is one of the few houses that has decided to do so.
The aim was to record the history of the record-breaking heat. Ten years later, a year of extreme cold has arrived, and the team has once again attempted to record the history for future generations.

Upon tasting, the attack is delicate and ephemeral, and you might not realize it's a Blanc de Noirs at first glance, but after 10 minutes, it all makes sense.
The finish is as thin as a silk thread, reminiscent of Burgundy Pinot Noir from the 1970s, but is incredibly elegant and lasts for a long time.
This unique delicacy and flavor is a characteristic of Pinot Noir that is undoubtedly best displayed in cold years and is not found in Chardonnay.

It is made from 100% Pinot Noir, but the grapes from Montagne de Reims are said to be particularly excellent.
Bollinger owns vineyards in the Marne Valley, including the village of Ay, as well as in the Montagne de Reims, covering a total area of 179 hectares, 85% of which is Grand Cru or Premier Cru.
The taste of B13 is outstandingly fresh, with sophisticated aromas of citrus and yellow fruits, and gourmand notes of tarte tatin and fresh almonds in the background.
The wine evokes the tranquil snow-covered land of Montagne de Reims, with a crisp minerality that evokes the brilliance of winter.
