SINGLE MALT JAPANESE WHISKY SHIZUOKA POT STILL K 100% JAPANESE BARLEY FIRST EDITION

This is the second "K" product, following in the footsteps of Shizuoka Distillery's first release, "Prologue K."

This is a special whiskey made using only the K distillation machine, and the barley malt used is 100% produced in Japan.

Not only is it a single malt whisky (made only from a single distillery), but it is also made only from the raw spirits of a single primary still. Therefore, it is called a "single wash still whisky." *This is a term unique to Shizuoka Distillery.

The delicate and sweet flavor of Japanese barley is further refined and elegantly produced by the "K" distiller.
This unique flavor is one that only Shizuoka Distillery can produce.

The product name is "Pot Still K," a successor to Prologue K, to indicate that it is made with raw liquor from a single primary still. It also includes the words "Pure Japanese Barley," which uses 100% Japanese malted barley, and "First Edition," indicating that it is a first edition.

As distillation using Japanese malted barley is still a small proportion of the overall production, this release will be limited to 2,500 bottles for sale in Japan.
