Ribolla 3781(500ml)・Radikon・2009

This wine is made from grapes harvested later than normal Ribolla from a single plot (the plot in front of the winery).

It is bottled after about three months of maceration and about four years of barrel aging, just like regular wines, but it is then left to rest in the bottle for over ten years before being released... a truly Fuori dal Tempo (meaning "beyond time and space") wine. Because it is an IGP, it cannot be called "Riserva," and they considered various names, but in the end they decided to use the address of the vineyard as the wine name.
