Founded in 1779, Bowmore is the ``Queen of Islay.'' This "Devil's Cask" is an ambitious work that is made up of unprocessed spirits aged in 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry and Pedro Ximnez Sherry casks, and the second batch was bottled in 2014 with a 10-year aging indication.
