Les Cres is the name of the plot, and as the name suggests, the soil in the fields is chalky and contains a lot of lime. The field area is 0.25 ha. 30% new barrels, the remaining 70% are 2-3 year old barrels! (The previous year was 100% new barrels)

Aromas of white peach, pear compote, quince, acacia, almond, fennel, and anise. The wine has a pure, transparent and smooth extract, salty, delicate minerals, and deep acidity that blend beautifully!
