Harvest date is September 24, 2021. Yield is 25hL/ha! The plot is Ocean Perdori. Just above Latash, surrounded by Grand Crus. All the tailoring is made to look like Grand Cru. An egg-shaped cement tank is used to bring out the pure taste.
The color is a bright ruby color with a slight haze. Aromas of griot, pomegranate, passion fruit and yellow rose. The wine is juicy and bright with a charming plum-flavored glossy fruit flavor, and the chalky minerality and delicate tannins blend beautifully.
