Bourgogne Bedeau Qvevris 2020

August 31st and September 2nd, 2020. Yield: 35-40hL/ha. This blend is made from grapes from a plot near the church between Puligny and Sashagne and a plot across the national highway from Nuits-Saint-Georges-Clos-des-Corves. Boudreaux means "guide for Catholic priests," associating the wine's name with the vineyards near the church. Maceration took place in wooden vats for 12 days, and wild yeast was used for fermentation. Aged for 12 months in 14hL Georgian qvevri and 3 months in stainless steel tanks.

The red fruit of raspberries is layered with subtle aromas of anise and orange peel. The flavor is gentle and permeates the palate, with refined minerality and delicate tannins that blend beautifully.
