The harvest date is September 24th, 2021. The yield is 25hL/ha! The plot is Haut-Champs-Perdris, just above Latache, surrounded by Grand Cru vineyards. All cultivation is done in the same manner as Grand Cru vineyards. Egg-shaped cement tanks are used to bring out the pure flavor.
The wine is a slightly cloudy, bright ruby color. Its aromas include griotte, pomegranate, passion fruit, and yellow rose. The wine is charming and plum-flavored, with a juicy and bright fruitiness, chalky minerality, and delicate tannins that blend beautifully.
