The grapes were macerated carbonic for 15 days in tanks in a Grape-Anthiele without destemming or crushing.
No punching down, no remontage.
After alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is pressed and then barreled.
Aged for 9 months in demi-muid barrels.

This is the first appearance in three years since VT in 2018!
Comeyre is the oldest and best soil in Tavel.
It means "to eat" or "food" in Occitan.
Apparently, this area was named this way because the soil produces abundant life and food.
A spicy and smooth wine.
A wine with a strong red berry aroma.
Perfect with lamb or spicy dishes.
