A wine from all over the world that perfectly expresses the combination of the Pauillac soil and the Cabernet Sauvignon grape, with its deep color, aromatic range and concentration, rich tannins, extremely powerful and complex flavor, and size. This is an exquisite piece that will be coveted by enthusiasts.
1991 was the year when large-scale frost damage occurred on the night of April 20th and 21st. In particular, Pomerol and Saint-Emilion were severely damaged, but the quality improved the further north you went through the Médoc. Latour also had a good vintage, with its terroir near the Gironde River protected from frost damage and able to harvest healthy, ripe grapes.
It has complex aromas of dried fruits, leather, and tobacco, with firm tannins and a variety of flavors.
