Bourgogne Blanc Champ Perrier, Tessier, 2021

A plot on the border between the villages of Meursault and Puligny. Most of the grapes are over 40 years old. The fresh aroma of lemon and apple is followed by ripe yellow fruits. The juicy fruits are tinged with a vivid minerality reminiscent of Puligny. The taste is consistently pure from the attack to the finish, light but finely textured, and firmly focused.
