Saint-Aubin is a small village literally hidden in the shadow of Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. One of the greatest domaines in Saint-Aubin is Marc Collin. This Pierre-Yves Collin is a domaine founded by Mr. Pierre-Yves, Marc Collin's eldest son and brewer, and his wife, Caroline Moret. The first vintage was in 2001, but it has been highly praised by European and American wine people since its debut.
