Harvest date is August 29, 2020. Yield is 35hL/ha. The grapes are from Les Vignes Blanches. The field is located on a south-facing slope, and as the plot name suggests, the field is covered with white lime. Mercurei is the hometown of Fred's wife Laure. Maceration in wooden vat tanks for 25 days, using natural yeast for fermentation. Aged for 12 months in Georgian Qvevri 14hL and 3 months in stainless steel tanks.
