The appeal of Georges Noella's wines is their soft, supple flavor with a dense fruit flavor. Old trees planted before 1915 in Echezeaux that are more than 100 years old, Beaumont and Grand Echezeaux are also over 80 to 90 years old, and even the younger trees were planted in the 1980s to the early 1990s, so the average age of the trees is extremely high. , is one of the reasons for creating this style. The wine is grown in Rutt Raisonné, and brewed using low-temperature maceration to achieve gentle extraction, using lightly roasted Cavan barrels to avoid overshadowing the expression of the terroir.
