This wine is made from grapes from the AC Bourgogne section of the village of Meursault. After applying a pneumatic press, pre-clarification is performed. Lower the temperature in the cellar and ferment slowly. Batonnage is carried out after alcoholic fermentation has finished and the lees have completely settled in order to promote malolactic fermentation.
