This is a new wine that Jean-Marie, the owner of the prestigious Domaine Fourier in Gevrey-Chambertin, will be producing from 2022 after acquiring 7.5 hectares of vineyards owned by Domaine Comte de Chapelle.
0.2ha, planted in 1989. The apricot trees in Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru Morgeot have been replaced with grapes, so the estate cannot currently claim AOC status. Maximum 20% new oak.
