Red clay soil, vines aged 20-80 years. Carbonic maceration in stainless steel tanks. Aged 4 months in demi-muid. No added SO2.

JF Nick's first Mourvedre cuvée was made possible thanks to the collaboration with Potlon Mine.
Although it is a red wine, it has a fresh acidity that makes you feel like you have bitten into a whole apple. Juicy yet fresh, it has a clear fruitiness.
Mourvedre tends to be high in tannins and alcohol, but in the hands of this master it turns into a cool, refreshing red wine!

A miraculous collaboration with his beloved disciple Potron Mine!
Jean-Sebastien Joan of Potlon Mine made a sensational debut in 2008 after studying cultivation and brewing at Fleur Rouge.
In January 2024, the shocking news suddenly reached Japan: "Jean-Sebastian will retire in 2022!"
His last wine will be the 2022 Vintage. However, he will continue to cultivate grapes from 2023 onwards, and JF Nick has purchased all of the grapes. This is how the miraculous collaboration between master and disciple, "Terre de Feu," was born!
The wine's name literally translates to "Land of Fire," a reference to the scorching heat of Roussillon and the red clay soil of Jean-Sebastian's vineyards.
