IWAI TRADITION SHERRY CASK FINISH

This blended whiskey is made by placing "Iwai Tradition" in an empty barrel that was previously used to hold the extremely sweet sherry "Pedro Ximenez" and then aging (finishing) it.
In addition to the rich flavor of Iwai Tradition, this is a masterpiece that offers a balanced aroma of brown sugar and maple syrup from the sherry casks, as well as a refined sweetness.
