August 31, 2020, September 2, 2020. Yield is 35-40hL/ha. An assemblage of grapes from a plot near the church between Puligny and Sachagne and a plot across the road from Nuits-Saint-Georges-Clos-des-Corbets. Boudot means ``Catholic priest's guide,'' and the name of the wine is associated with the field near the church. Maceration in wooden vat tanks for 12 days, using natural yeast for fermentation. Aged for 12 months in Georgian Qvevri 14hL and 3 months in stainless steel tanks.
The red fruit of the raspberry fruit is layered with a subtle citrus aroma of anise and orange peel. The taste is gentle and the refined mineral flavor and delicate tannins blend beautifully.
