Beaune 1er Cru Clos de la Mignotte・Georges Noellat・2021

This 0.25ha monopole was acquired in 2016 and was planted in the 1970s. It is surrounded by small clos and is located uphill. The elegant and restrained aroma is a collection of dark raspberries, plums, violets and earthy nuances. The medium-bodied flavor is moderately dense, with a youthful and mineral feel and a refined and rigorous finish.
